What is it used for?

  • Stressing the Anterior Sacroiliac Ligaments.

How to Perform

  • Position: Patient lies prone.
  • Action: Examiner extends the patient's hip while keeping the knee flexed to 90° (this rotates the ilium anteriorly).

Interpretation of Results

  • Positive Test: Pain in the SI joint area.
