What is it used for?
- Assessing tightness of the Extensor Muscles.
How to Perform
- Action: Flex the fingers while the wrist is extended. Then flex the fingers while the wrist is flexed.
Interpretation of Results
- Positive Test: Fingers flex easily with wrist extended, but are restricted/cannot flex fully when the wrist is flexed.
