How to Perform

  • Action: Examiner applies direct digital pressure over the ulnar nerve at the cubital tunnel for 60 seconds with the elbow flexed.

Interpretation of Results

  • Positive Test: Reproduction of symptoms (numbness/tingling) in the 4th/5th digits.

Diagnostic Accuracy

  • Sensitivity: 89% (Combined with flexion).
