  • Diagnosing Distal Radioulnar Joint (DRUJ) Instability.

How to Perform

  • Position: Hand pronated.
  • Action: Examiner pushes down on the distal ulna (ulnar head) like pressing a piano key.

Interpretation of Results

  • Positive Test: The ulna springs back up (ballottable) with pain or excessive movement.
