- Diagnosing Mediopatellar Plica Syndrome.
How to Perform
- Position: Patient supine, knee flexed to 30°.
- Action: Push the patella medially with the thumb.
Interpretation of Results
- Positive Test: Pain or a click is elicited medial to the patella.
