- Diagnosing Popliteus Tendinopathy.
How to Perform
- Position: Patient supine, hip/knee flexed 90°.
- Action: Patient actively externally rotates the tibia against resistance.
Interpretation of Results
- Positive Test: Pain in the posterolateral knee (popliteus area).
