- Diagnosing Radiocarpal/Midcarpal Instability or Kienbock's Disease.
How to Perform
- Action: Patient flexes the wrist slightly. Examiner applies resistance while patient tries to extend the fingers.

- Positive Test: Pain in the wrist.
