What is it used for?

  • Diagnosing Bicipital Tendinopathy or SLAP lesions.

How to Perform

  • Position: Arm flexed 90°, elbow extended, forearm supinated.
  • Action: Patient resists downward pressure.

Interpretation of Results

  • Positive Test: Pain in the bicipital groove.

Diagnostic Accuracy

  • Sensitivity: 90%
  • Specificity: 14%
