  • Assessing tightness of the Pectoralis Major.

How to Perform

  • Position: Patient supine, hands clasped behind head.
  • Action: Patient attempts to relax elbows down to the table.

Interpretation of Results

  • Positive Test: Elbows do not reach the table surface.
