What is it used for?
- Diagnosing SLAP Lesions.
How to Perform
- Position: Arm abducted 90-100°.
- Action: Patient supinates the forearm fully, then pronates fully. Examiner passively externally rotates the arm in both positions.
Interpretation of Results
- Positive Test: Pain is worse in pronation than in supination (Biceps anchor twists in pronation).
Diagnostic Accuracy
- Sensitivity: 100%
- Specificity: 90%
