What is it used for?
- Diagnosing Scapular Dyskinesis and stability.
How to Perform
- Measurement: Measure distance from inferior angle of scapula to spinous process (T7) in 3 positions:
- 1. Arms at side.
- 2. Hands on hips.
- 3. Arms abducted 90°.
Interpretation of Results
- Positive Test: Asymmetry > 1.5cm between sides in any position.
