  • Diagnosing Cervical Radiculopathy (Alternative to Spurling's).

How to Perform

  • Position: Patient seated.
  • Action: Patient rotates head to the painful side.
  • Force: Examiner applies downward axial compression without side-bending or extension.

Interpretation of Results

  • Positive Test: Radiating pain into the arm.
